Returns & Replacements
Since our products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like:

Incorrect personalization details provided by the customer

Delivery delays caused by incorrect shipping information or unforeseen logistics issues
However, we offer replacements under the following conditions:

Damaged product received

Wrong product delivered

Manufacturing defect or misprint
To be eligible for a replacement, please:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product

Once verified, we’ll dispatch a replacement as quickly as possible.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

The product is out of stock and cannot be produced

You cancel the order within 2 hours of placing it

We fail to deliver the order due to our own error or fault
Note: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
